Clean hotel with helpful staff. Daily room service and fresh towels were nice touches.
Not the cheapest option around but still worth it.

The staff were super friendly and went above and beyond to help with my needs! I loved the refreshing lemon ice water available in the lobby for a cozy evening chill. The location made exploring popular spots a breeze, and the nearby subway was a game changer!
I would be happy to recommend! 😊❤️

We stayed at the Holiday Inn recently and I wanted to share my experience with you. The ironing facilities were convenient, so we could make sure our clothes were wrinkle-free for our outings in the city. The air conditioning in our room unfortunately didn't work properly, which was a bit of a letdown, especially during the hot summer days. We were hoping for a good rest at night after walking around all day in the heat. One thing I really appreciated was the tea and coffee facilities in our room. Being able to make a hot cup of coffee in the morning was a nice touch. the lack of free toiletries was disappointing. We had to go down to the lobby to get them, which felt a bit awkward carrying them back to the room in the elevator. The flat-screen TV was great for unwinding in the evenings, but the carpets in the room seemed a bit old and worn. It would have been nicer to have a fresher feel to the room overall. The housekeeping service was also lacking during our stay. We called multiple times for fresh towels, but they never arrived, and the room wasn't properly cleaned. the staff were helpful and friendly, which made the stay a bit more enjoyable despite the issues we faced.

Great location near Times Square. Rooms are small and water pressure is poor.

The room was compact but clean and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. The bathroom stood out with fluffy towels and a great shower experience. Temperature control was effective. the bathroom and main door design lacked privacy. Noise was minimal, ensuring restful nights. WiFi was reliable, and staff was kind when I needed assistance. The location was fantastic with nearby shops and restaurants, enhancing convenience. there were downsides, including limited breakfast options and long waits for the elevator. A need for more attention to detail in service would greatly improve the overall experience.

Proximity to iconic attractions allowed me a glamorous stay. Central location was appealing, but the construction noise was my lullaby. The slow and unresponsive service added excitement to my nights.
Who needs hot water or a working remote when you have construction and non-responsive staff for entertainment? .

The service was excruciatingly slow—only one poor waiter handling the entire restaurant. We waited ages for coffee, and some guests even left because they were never served. Total chaos!

Comfortable beds and a well-kept room made for a pleasant stay. The staff was friendly and responsive to our requests. I appreciated the generous breakfast offerings and the convenience of nearby subway access. Views from room 2306 were stunning, enhancing our anniversary celebration. the elevators were inadequate for guest volume, often leading to long waits. The room felt cramped for four, with little storage and a bathroom design that left puddles on the floor. Despite these drawbacks, the housekeeping staff maintained cleanliness, and the renovations did not detract significantly from our experience. A solid option, but improvements are necessary for a more seamless experience.

The view from my room was breathtaking. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodating, really making my stay better.
The breakfast situation was dismal, like eating in a sad, echoing room.

Had an amazing Easter stay! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of Manhattan with easy access to major attractions. The room was just perfect, spacious and cozy, with a comfy king, size bed, powerful shower. The staff was super helpful, allowing us to store our luggage both before check, in and after check, out for free.
There was a misunderstanding regarding the security deposit, leading to a double charge that caused some confusion and inconvenience. The room, although clean, felt a bit outdated and lacked certain amenities like a safe and a wardrobe with shelves.

The location was convenient, close to attractions and with helpful staff. The king-size bed was comfy, and luggage storage was available.
Room maintenance was poor, with issues like a broken desk chair and barely functioning shower. Front desk staff lacked professionalism, and double charges for security deposits were a major hassle.

holiday inn in the area was not touristy and had a convenient location near flatiron district and koreatown. walkable distance from multiple subway stations, which helped us get around the city. also, plenty of convenience stores, cafes, and restaurants nearby for days when we didn't feel like going far.
There was nothing i didn't like! 😊

The location of this hotel was fantastic, with easy access to restaurants, bars, shops, and subway stops. It was perfect for exploring Midtown and Lower Manhattan. The room size was adequate for three people and the view from the 22nd floor was amazing, overlooking the Financial District. The hotel had everything we needed, and the staff went above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. They provided great recommendations and even returned a forgotten item to me after checkout. The daily fruit water was a refreshing touch.
Receipt issue and unresponsive front desk.

Had a pleasant stay at a reasonably priced hotel in central Manhattan. Conveniently located near transportation and pet-friendly. The room was clean and comfortable with friendly staff. I'll recommend this hotel.
